Role & responsibilities

Middleware Enterprise Service bus or iPaaS platform: WORKATO, MuleSoft, Boomi or a similar enterprise-grade platform.

- API Platform: Experience in API management solutions like Apigee, Kong, or AWS API Gateway.
- Streaming or Event-driven platform: Good understanding or working knowledge of Kafka or an equivalent event-driven platform.
- File Transfer Solution: Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) protocols and solutions.
- Cloud Platforms: Working experience with a major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of integration patterns (e.g., Events, APIs, ESB and Files), protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP), and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
- Observability & APM Tools: Experience with enterprise-level application performance monitoring and log-management suites (such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or ELK Stack)

Preferred candidate profile Experience:



12-15 years of demonstrable experience as an Integration Service Delivery Manager/ Excellence Lead. Proven track record of successfully managing Run for enterprise level integration platform
