Job SummaryThe Chief Business Officer (CBO) is responsible for leading the organization's business operations, driving revenue growth, developing strategic plans, managing teams, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. The role focuses on expanding market presence, improving profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Prepare and manage annual business plans and budgets.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profit, and costs.
- Lead and mentor departmental managers and employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams.
- Present business performance reports to senior management and the Board.
- Manage business risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Job SpecificationEducational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,



Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience

- 22+ years of relevant experience in business management or leadership.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, sales, and operations management.
