Role Description The Wedding Planner role at Viraaya Weddings is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Wedding

Planner will manage end-to-end planning for luxury and destination weddings, including concept development, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-the-day execution.

Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their vision, preparing detailed proposals and budgets, scouting venues, coordinating décor and design elements, and overseeing hospitality and guest management. The role also involves managing contracts, tracking expenses, ensuring all logistics run smoothly,



and proactively resolving issues during events.

The Wedding

Planner will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain Viraaya’s standards of refined, bespoke service.

Qualifications

- Strong Planning and Event Planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple weddings and timelines simultaneously.
- Specialized Wedding Planning experience, including concept creation, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Budgeting skills to develop, track, and optimize wedding budgets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-centric approach and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills for managing complex logistics and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency with basic office software and planning tools; familiarity with event management platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience in luxury events or hospitality is preferred; a degree or diploma in event management, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
