Oxyhom Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Website & Data Management Executive to manage and maintain our real estate website and ensure that all property and project information is accurate, updated, and properly organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and regularly update property and project listings on the company website.
- Enter and update property details such as price, location, size, specifications, availability, possession details, amenities, etc.
- Upload and manage property images, brochures, floor plans, and other relevant documents.
- Add new projects and properties to the website as per the information provided by the team.
- Regularly check existing website content and update outdated or incorrect information.
- Maintain accurate and organized property data using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect property information and make necessary corrections.
- Ensure proper formatting and presentation of website content.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to collect updated property information.
- Monitor the website for basic content-related issues and report technical problems to the concerned team/developer.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all website listings.
- Perform other website and data-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data accurately.
- Basic understanding of website backend/CMS is preferred.
- Knowledge of WordPress or any other CMS will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in real estate or website data management will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good computer skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with website content and property data . The candidate should be able to independently manage regular website updates and ensure that the information published online remains accurate and up to date.
