Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced WebMethods Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using the Software AG webMethods platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with webMethods Integration Server, REST/SOAP services, JMS, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, and various adapters.

The role involves development, production support, troubleshooting, CI/CD implementation, and mentoring junior team members while working in a fast-paced Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integrations using webMethods Integration Server and Designer.
- Build and support integrations using:
- REST & SOAP Web Services

- JMS Messaging

- Publish/Subscribe Architecture

- SAP Adapter

- Salesforce (SFDC) Adapter

- JDBC Adapter

- AS400 Adapter

- MQ Adapter
- Develop and support solutions on Trading Networks (TN), My webMethods Server (MWS), Universal Messaging (UM), and TSA.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in on-call and rotational night-shift support.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and version control systems.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, integration design principles, and best practices.
- Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support documentation.
- Raise and manage IBM support tickets and coordinate with vendor support teams.




- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience handling production support and RCA activities.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Ability to independently design, develop, test, and support integrations.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
