Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Ahmedabad. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including assisting with order processing, coordinating with vendors and clients, and helping manage inventory and product dispatch for events.

Responsibilities may include maintaining records, preparing basic documentation, and supporting the team with event logistics and product organization.



The intern will also learn about event product categories, quality standards, and client service expectations while contributing to smooth execution of event-related activities.

Qualifications

- Interest in event management, logistics, or operations, with a willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
- Basic proficiency in communication and coordination, including clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with using computers and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and documentation software).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ahmedabad and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, commerce, event management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
