About Omniskill Hub

Omniskill Hub Private Limited is a Barrackpore-based computer training institute offering industry-oriented professional courses in Full Stack Web Development, Graphic Design, Video Editing, AI, and UI/UX. We're looking for a passionate Web Development Faculty to teach our students and help them become job-ready developers.

Role Overview

You will teach both our flagship web development programs — a 12-month MERN Stack (React/Node) program and a 6-month AI-Augmented PHP/Laravel program — guiding students from web fundamentals through full stack, AI-assisted development, and career readiness.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:

- HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Responsive Design)
- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- React.js (Components, Hooks, Context API, Routing)
- Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap

Backend:

- Node.js, Express.js (REST APIs, Middleware, CRUD)
- PHP fundamentals (Forms, Sessions, File Handling)
- Laravel (Routing, Controllers, Blade, Models/Migrations, Auth, Middleware)

Database:

- MySQL (Queries, Joins, Relationships)
- MongoDB (Mongoose, Data Modeling)

Tools & Workflow:

- Git & GitHub (version control, collaboration workflow)
- Postman (API testing)
- VS Code, Chrome DevTools
- XAMPP, Hostinger, cPanel (local & live server deployment)
- Vercel / Netlify (frontend deployment)

Authentication & Security:

- JWT Authentication, password hashing, role-based authorization
- Environment variables, API security basics





AI-Assisted Development:

- Hands-on comfort with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for coding, debugging, and documentation
- Basic prompt engineering for development tasks

Candidate Profile

- Confident in at least ONE full stack combination — either React/Node/MongoDB OR PHP/Laravel/MySQL — with a genuine willingness to pick up the other
- Can explain technical concepts clearly to beginners (Bengali/Hindi/English)
- Comfortable working with Git-based project workflows and AI coding assistants as part of daily practice

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured classroom training (3 classes/week per batch)
- Guide students through hands-on projects (portfolios, dashboards, e-commerce apps, LMS, APIs) and capstone projects
- Train students on AI-assisted development workflows for coding, debugging, and documentation
- Support deployment training (Vercel, Netlify, Hostinger, cPanel)
- Evaluate student progress, conduct code reviews, and prepare students for mock interviews and coding challenges
- Assist in updating course material to stay aligned with industry trends

Valuable to Have

- Prior teaching, mentoring, or internship experience
- Personal projects or GitHub portfolio demonstrating full stack skills
