Web Developer – Website & Digital Product

Location: New Delhi (Vasant Vihar)

About the Role

We are looking for a Web Developer who enjoys building things, solving problems and turning ideas into working digital experiences. You will work across websites, landing pages, interactive tools and lightweight digital products for a range of businesses and initiatives.

Some projects will involve improving an existing WordPress website. Others may involve building a new section from a rough reference, creating a campaign landing page, implementing analytics and conversion tracking, or taking an early prototype and making it reliable enough for real users.

We are looking for a developer who is curious, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out.

What You’ll Work On

Websites & Landing Pages

You will

- Build and maintain WordPress websites
- Develop new pages and website sections
- Build responsive landing pages for campaigns
- Work with Elementor and other page-building tools where appropriate
- Translate references, wireframes or rough ideas into working pages
- Improve websites across desktop, tablet and mobile
- Improve website speed, usability and overall performance

Front-End Development You should be comfortable working with:

HTML , CSS, JavaScript, Responsive layouts, Browser developer tools, Git / GitHub

Experience with frameworks such as React or Next.js is a strong advantage.

Digital Products & Prototypes

We increasingly experiment with recent tools, interactive experiences and lightweight digital products.

You may receive an early prototype, partially built application or AI-assisted codebase and be asked to help turn it into something that people can actually use.

This could involve

- Improving the interface and responsiveness
- Cleaning up or modifying existing code
- Fixing bugs
- Connecting forms, APIs or external services
- Integrating components into an existing website




- Improving performance and reliability
- Deploying applications or tools
- Adding measurement and analytics

Tracking & Analytics Our websites are built to achieve business outcomes, so measurement is an important part of the role.

You should be able to implement and troubleshoot:

Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager /Google Ads conversion tracking / Meta Pixel /Form submission tracking / CTA and button tracking / Phone and WhatsApp click tracking / Campaign URLs and UTMs

Technical Website Fundamentals

You should also understand the technical basics that affect search visibility and website performance, including:

Page speed / Mobile usability / Metadata and heading structure / Redirects / XML sitemaps / Indexing / Canonicals / Schema basics / Image optimisation / Core Web Vitals / Google Search Console

What We’re Looking For

You should have

- Strong practical web-development skills
- Good WordPress experience, including experience with user accounts, permissions and logged-in experiences.
- Experience building responsive websites and landing pages
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Comfort debugging website and browser issues
- Familiarity with Git / GitHub
- Experience with analytics and conversion tracking
- An understanding of website performance and technical SEO
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently from rough requirements
- Curiosity about new technologies and development tools
- Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers and non-technical colleagues





Particularly Valuable We would be especially interested in experience with:

React / Next.js / APIs / Databases such as Supabase / deployment platforms / Webhooks / CRM and form integrations / Interactive tools or calculators / Marketing automation / Server-side tracking / AI-assisted development workflows

Selection Process

Interview + Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical assignment
