About The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer (Fresher) to join our digital team at Sadbhav Futuretech Limited. In this remote role, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms, landing pages, and web-based applications.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a relevant educational background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA),



or a related technical field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong foundational understanding of core web technologies such as PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL. Familiarity with the WordPress CMS architecture, theme customization, and page builders like Elementor is essential. Basic exposure to PHP frameworks such as Laravel is a plus, indicating a willingness to expand technical skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive troubleshooting skills, and a keen interest in web performance optimization are highly valued. Good communication skills are necessary to facilitate effective remote collaboration with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress and modern page builders such as Elementor.
- Implement and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and develop custom PHP/CSS scripts to meet project requirements.
- Assist in backend integration, database management, and executing queries using SQL/MySQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, user-friendly web pages.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot layout or script issues, and optimize for Core Web Vitals to enhance user experience and page load speeds.




- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to on-page SEO best practices to maximize visibility and accessibility.
- Support custom web development tasks involving PHP and foundational MVC frameworks like Laravel, as needed for project-specific requirements.
