Role Description This is a full time, on-site Web Developer role based in New Delhi.

The Web

Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications that support BillCut’s debt management and EMI solutions. Daily tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, developing and integrating back-end services, optimizing website performance, and ensuring a secure, scalable architecture. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues,



and continuously improving the user experience.

The Web

Developer will contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices to support a reliable and high-quality technology stack.

Qualifications

- Front-end skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including proficiency with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Back-end skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience in server-side languages, APIs, and database integration.
- Comprehensive Web Development skills covering end-to-end application design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control tools (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience optimizing performance, accessibility, and security for web applications.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fintech or financial services, and a strong interest in solving real-world debt and money management challenges, is an advantage.
