Were looking for a designer who thinks in screens. Someone who has moved past making it look nice and started asking why a section exists, what a visitor is supposed to do next, and whether the layout still holds at 375px.

Youve got two or three years behind you. You know Figma well. Youve shipped real websites that real people use. Now you want to work on brands where the design decision has a reason behind it not just a moodboard.

What youll do

- Design responsive websites for B2B brands landing pages, marketing sites, product pages, campaign microsites.
- Build and extend design systems: type scales, spacing, component libraries, states.
- Translate brand identities into web experiences that hold up on every breakpoint.
- Work closely with Developers to make sure what you design actually ships and ships accurately.
- Take feedback from Creative Directors and Strategists, and iterate quickly without losing the thread.
- Support senior designers on larger builds while owning smaller projects end to end.
- Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow and share what you learn with the team.

What were looking for

- 23 years designing for the web, preferably at a design studio or agency.




- A portfolio with at least 23 live websites you can walk us through.
- Strong Figma Framer skills components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping.
- A real understanding of responsive design, grids, and web typography.
- Enough familiarity with HTML/CSS to know whats easy to build and what isnt.
- Curiosity about why a page converts, not just how it looks.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
- An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Framer AI or similar.

Bonus points

- WordPress or Webflow experience.
- Basic motion or micro-interaction design.
- Some graphic design or brand identity work in your portfolio.
