Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Ajmer.

The Web

Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support Aspire Seed Solutions’ service offerings and client-facing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.



The role involves collaborating with consulting and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, maintaining clean and secure code, and updating existing systems based on feedback and evolving needs.

The Web

Developer will also contribute to UI/UX improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support the deployment and ongoing monitoring of web solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design to create user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming to build, integrate, and maintain server-side functionality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Development to manage end-to-end website and web application lifecycle.
- Proficiency in common web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework) is beneficial.
- Experience with databases, APIs, version control (such as Git), and basic security best practices is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment are important.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
