We are looking for a QA / Software Tester with at least 2 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and usability of our websites and mobile applications.

Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for testing Atmann's web and mobile products across different platforms, devices, browsers, and environments. You will work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other team members to identify issues, validate new features, perform regression testing, and ensure that every release provides a smooth and reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Web Application Testing

* Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, usability, and compatibility testing of web applications.

- Test websites across major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Test responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
- Validate forms, authentication, user registration, dashboards, workflows, and other web features.
- Identify UI inconsistencies, broken links, navigation issues, and functional defects.
- Test website performance and behavior under different network conditions.

Mobile Application Testing

* Test Android and iOS mobile applications across multiple devices and OS versions.
- Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, usability, compatibility, and end-to-end testing.
- Test different screen sizes, resolutions, orientations, and device configurations.




- Validate application behavior during poor or unstable internet connectivity.
- Test push notifications, OTP/login, user profiles, payments, subscriptions, video/audio consultations, and other application features.
- Test application installation, updates, permissions, crashes, background/foreground behavior, and uninstall/reinstall scenarios.

QA & Bug Management

* Analyze product requirements and prepare detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute test cases and document test results.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs with transparent steps and supporting screenshots/videos.
- Prioritize issues based on severity and business impact.
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes and new feature releases.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of critical user journeys.
- Verify bugs after developers provide fixes.
- Maintain QA documentation and release testing reports.
- Provide QA feedback and release recommendations before production deployment.
- Work closely with developers to identify root causes and resolve issues.

API & Integration Testing

* Perform basic API testing using tools such as Postman.

- Validate API requests, responses, status codes, and error handling.
- Test third-party integrations and APIs.
- Validate payment gateways, OTP services, notification services, and other integrations where applicable.

Required Skills

* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in QA / Software Testing.

- Strong experience in both Web and Mobile Application Testing.
- Hands-on experience testing Android and iOS applications.




- Good knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and compatibility testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Ability to create detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
- Basic understanding of API testing and REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of Postman is preferred.
- Good understanding of responsive web testing and cross-browser testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

* Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium.

- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Experience with Firebase Crashlytics.
- Experience testing payment gateways and subscription systems.
- Experience testing video/audio calling and live-streaming features.
- Experience working with SaaS, marketplace, wellness, healthcare, or consumer-facing applications.
- Basic understanding of performance testing.

Compensation

**₹18000 - 20,000 Salary will be based on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
