Job Role: Chat support role

Core ResponsibilitiesReal-Time Customer Assistance: Chat support agents respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms, providing accurate information about products, services, or policies, and troubleshooting issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Agents assess customer needs, handle complaints, and offer solutions or alternatives within set timeframes, following up to confirm resolution

Communication and Professionalism: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional tone is essential. Agents must communicate clearly and concisely in written form, often managing multiple chats simultaneously

Documentation and Reporting: All interactions are logged accurately for future reference, and feedback is documented to improve service quality and inform internal teams

Collaboration with Teams: Chat support roles often require coordination with departments such as Sales, IT,



and Marketing to resolve complex issues and share insights for process improvement

Leadership and Mentorship: Senior chat support staff may mentor new team members, lead small teams, and foster a positive team culture

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Robust written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats efficiently
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous

Salary Package GRADUATES and undergraduate both can workCTC: Up to 25 k per month (In-Hand Salary 22,300k ) - for undergrad and graduates for 6 month exp - 24-25k in hand
