We are looking for an energetic and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day vending operations, inventory, machine replenishment, manpower, maintenance coordination, and base performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily base & field operations
- Handle inventory and stock management
- Supervise replenishment & technical teams
- Monitor vending machine performance and maintenance
- Track sales, refills, manpower & operational costs
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Ensure smooth client service and timely issue resolution
- Check stock levels and maintain inventory records.
- Collect and report sales and stock data.
- Ensure products are arranged properly and within expiry dates.
- Clean vending machines and maintain hygiene standards.
- Identify and report machine issues or malfunctions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock requirements.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.




- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse processes. Ensure timely servicing of assigned locations.

Candidate Profile: ✅ Graduate preferred

✅ 2–5 years of experience in Operations/Warehouse/FMCG/Retail/Vending

✅ Strong team management & coordination skills

✅ Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

✅ Valuable communication & problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
