Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations for solar materials and equipment. This role includes receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, unloading materials safely, and organizing products in designated storage areas.

The Warehouse

Specialist will manage inventory records, assist with stock counts, and prepare items for packing and dispatch to project sites.



Daily tasks also involve operating material handling equipment, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, coordinating with procurement and installation teams, and following company procedures for documentation and quality control.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying deliveries, checking documentation, and coordinating outbound shipments.
- Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading materials, ensuring safe handling of solar equipment and components.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, such as stock tracking, cycle counts, and updating warehouse records accurately.
- Ability to operate a Pallet Jack and other basic material handling tools safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and stack materials, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse workplace.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or solar/industrial supply setting is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with basic computer usage or inventory software is beneficial.
