Warehouse Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory management, order processing, packing, dispatch, and returns. Freshers who are willing to learn and take ownership of their work are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and check products from suppliers, ensuring quantity, size, colour, and product details are correct.
- Organise and maintain products systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Process online orders accurately and ensure the correct product, size, colour, and quantity are picked.
- Handle packing and dispatch of customer orders as per company standards.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and shipment-related issues.
- Update order and shipment status on the e-commerce system.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and undelivered orders, including checking returned products and updating inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the customer support and sales teams regarding order and inventory-related issues.




- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
- Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
- Assist with other day-to-day warehouse and operations activities as required.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, e-commerce operations, or order fulfilment will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
