Job role : Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory control, team supervision, and dispatch management at our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate should effectively communicate with ground staff and local partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound processes




- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity and discipline
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment
- Monitor daily receipts and dispatches, ensuring zero discrepancies
- Implement and maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance protocols
- Optimize space utilization and suggest layout improvements
- Handle local coordination with transporters and vendors
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for internal tracking
- Train and motivate staff to ensure operational excellence
- Proficiently communicate with ground teams in the local language

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration)
- 4–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience (preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail)
- Solid knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Excel
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Must be fluent in Kannada – verbal and written
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
