About Midori Life

Midori Life is a growing wellness brand focused on premium matcha and better-for-you wellness products.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse assistant to join our Gurgaon team and manage the day-to-day packing and dispatch operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Pack Midori Life products accurately and safely
- Pack customer orders received through our website and other sales channels
- Handle product labelling and packaging
- Prepare B2B and wholesale orders for dispatch
- Pick and pack products according to invoices/order sheets
- Check products and quantities before dispatch
- Maintain proper stock arrangement and storage
- Assist with daily inventory counting and stock updates
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for dispatch
- Maintain packing and dispatch records
- Inform the operations team about low stock or damaged products
- Ensure the packing area is clean and organised
- Follow proper hygiene and handling practices for food/wellness products
- Assist with other day-to-day operations when required

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in packing, warehouse,



fulfilment or e-commerce operations
- Freshers can apply
- Good attention to detail
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Physically comfortable with standing and packing work
- Responsible, punctual and reliable
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Preferred

Experience in

- E-commerce order fulfilment
- FMCG/food products
- Warehouse operations
- Shopify or online order processing
- Courier/dispatch operations
