Assistant Manager -Recruitment

Experience - 5 to 10 yrs

Location- Erode

1. Understanding Hiring Needs

- Meet with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Create or refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Define required skills, experience, salary range, and hiring timelines.

1. Sourcing Candidates

- Search for candidates through:

o Job portals o Social media platforms o Employee referrals o Networking events o Campus recruitment o Internal databases
- Develop solid and constructive relationships with the stakeholders.
- Handle end to end recruitment - sourcing, screening and scheduling.
- Extensive experience in Sales hiring, non-IT hiring, bulk Hiring, lateral hirings, Market mapping, head hunting and market intelligence.
- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards with data driven decisions on future requirements.
- Formulate strategy on future recruitment requirements and ensure sourcing is aligned with business objectives.

1. Screening & Shortlisting

- Review resumes and applications.




- Conduct initial HR screening calls/interviews.
- Evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist qualified candidates for further interview rounds.

1. Coordinating Interviews

- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview timelines and feedback collection.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

1. Offer Management

- Discuss salary expectations and negotiate compensation.
- Prepare and release offer letters.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding steps.

1. Maintaining Recruitment Data

- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Track hiring metrics such as:
- Time-to-hire
- Cost-per-hire
- Offer acceptance rate

Pay: ₹30,032.92 - ₹56,176.19 per month
