Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.

- Work on IT and Non-IT recruitment mandates across industries such as Civil, Construction, Design, FMCG, Automobile, Manufacturing, Chemical, and other sectors.

- Handle multiple client requirements and ensure timely submission of relevant and quality profiles.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the interview process and ensure regular follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and databases.

- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.

- Support client meetings, reviews, and recruitment-related activities as required.





- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and branch recruitment targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 13 years of experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.

- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

- Adaptable, approachable, and a strong team player.

- Quick learner with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
