Role: Payroll Voice Process

Experience:

- Minimum: 1–2 years preferred
- Profiles with up to 4 years of experience can also be considered
- Candidates with more than 4 years may also be considered based on profile fit

Education:

- B.Com candidates preferred
- Candidates from any Finance-related educational background can be considered

Candidate Requirement:

- Only Global/International Payroll candidates
- Domestic Payroll candidates will not be considered
- HR Payroll experience can also be considered
- Candidates with experience in International Clients / Client Management are preferred

Required Skill Set-: Candidates should have hands-on experience in the following areas:

- Payroll processing and troubleshooting
- Client interaction and stakeholder management
- Timecard/Timesheet management
- Attendance monitoring
- Leave and absence management
- Payroll support operations
- Exception handling
- Ticket/Case management
- Reconciliation and audit checks
- Voice process experience
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
