- Develop new Direct Client & Implementation Partner accounts for Healthcare domains.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify staffing opportunities.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Healthcare Recruiters.
- Drive business growth and achieve revenue and sales targets.
