Role & responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of US IT recruiters.

- Manage and monitor daily recruitment activities and team performance.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

- Work on sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and closures.

- Ensure quality and timely submission of candidates against client requirements.

- Track team targets, productivity, and recruitment metrics.

- Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.

- Coordinate with clients/account managers to understand requirements and priorities.

- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.

- Identify challenges within the team and implement effective solutions.

- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.





Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of experience in US Staffing, preferably with team-handling experience.

- Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment process and US staffing market.

- Experience managing recruiter performance and meeting team targets.

- Good understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.

- Robust communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced recruitment environment.

- Comfortable working in the US shift (7 PM 4 AM).
