Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager MEP to lead and manage MEP activities across construction/real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, technical management, contractor/vendor coordination, quality and safety compliance, cost control, testing, commissioning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and execution of MEP works for construction projects.

- Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and project teams.

- Review HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing and ELV system designs.

- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and safety regulations.

- Manage MEP contractors and suppliers and evaluate technical proposals.

- Monitor installation quality, site activities and contractor performance.

- Prepare and monitor MEP budgets and control project costs.





- Conduct site inspections and quality audits.

- Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.

- Ensure completion of as-built drawings, manuals and project documentation.

- Lead, mentor and manage the MEP engineering team.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Experience: 10–15+ years

- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years

- Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential or industrial projects preferred.
