About the Role
ActiveSoft Inc. is looking for a Research Analyst to support our US Staffing operations across multiple industries, including Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry research.
Identify potential clients and generate business leads.
Research companies, contacts, and staffing requirements.
Maintain lead databases and CRM records.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare research reports and presentations.
Coordinate with Recruitment and Business Development teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
6 months–2 years of experience in Research, Lead Generation, or Staffing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM/lead-generation tools is a plus.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced US Staffing workplace.
