- Providing information to students about overseas educational opportunities
- Advising students on application procedures, visa requirements, and preparation for their overseas study
- Liaising with international colleges and universities to keep up-to-date with admission requirements and procedures
- Assisting students in preparing effective applications, including guiding them through the process of writing personal statements and gathering necessary documentation
- Organizing and leading information sessions and workshops related to study abroad programs
- Helping students understand the cultural and academic differences they may encounter abroad
- Building and maintaining relationships with both students and international institutions
- Monitoring application processes to ensure deadlines are met and applications are successful
- Providing pre-departure briefings and support to prepare students for their move
