About the Role

Building Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Head to lead company sales growth.

This is a leadership opportunity for a sales professional who understands the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry and has the ability to convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

What Youll Be Responsible For

- Lead sales team for sales and business development.
- Generate and convert leads through appointments, Client / Architect meetings and market visits.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers and end customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare and review sales performance reports with management.

What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry
- Proven experience in sales, business development or sales leadership.
- Solid understanding of the local area also.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build relationships and generate business through appointments and field sales.
- Existing industry connections will be an added advantage.

Compensation Attractive salary package, based on experience, capabilities and interview performance.
