We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- 5 to 7 years of strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.
- Deep expertise in GRC configuration, including:
- - Policy and Compliance Management (policies, controls, attestations)

- - Risk Management (risk statements, assessments, indicators)

- - Entity Scoping (Entity Types, Entity Classes, hierarchies)

- - Audit Management (engagements, findings, issues)

- Advanced platform development experience:
- - Business Rules, Script Includes (within scoped apps), UI Actions

- - Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts

- - Robust proficiency in JavaScript & Glide APIs

- - Expertise in Flow Designer and creating GRC-specific workflows and automations

- Integration experience, particularly with risk and compliance data sources (e.g., Archer, MetricStream):
- - Inbound and Outbound REST/SOAP APIs
