1. Job Purpose The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, outlet acquisition, distributor management, collections, and sales-team performance.

The candidate will be responsible for building a strong distribution network and ensuring regular product availability across retail outlets, institutions, offices, supermarkets, modern trade, and other relevant channels.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute city/territory-wise sales plans.
- Increase primary and secondary sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and high-potential markets.
- Monitor daily sales against targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and achieve revenue objectives.




- Develop strategies to increase sales volume and market share.

B. Distribution & Market Expansion

- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Expand product distribution into new areas.
- Identify new retail outlets and institutional customers.
- Ensure adequate product availability at all important outlets.
- Develop beat plans and route plans for the sales team.
- Regularly visit markets and assess competitor activity.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

C. Outlet / Customer Acquisition

- Identify potential retailers, supermarkets, offices, institutions, restaurants, hotels, and other customers.
- Develop recent accounts and convert prospects into regular customers.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new customers.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
