Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive role suitable for candidates with Fresher to 4 years of experience, handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions across different levels. Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and candidates with Fresher to 4 years of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to clients/hiring managers.




- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
- Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Develop a positive understanding of different IT technologies, job functions, and Non-IT roles.
