Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cash handling, billing, and customer service at the retail store.
- Perform daily sales reporting, invoice generation, and stock management tasks efficiently.
- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and digital payment processing.
- Handle barcode scanners for productive inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service during shifts.
- Coordinate with store operations and other departments for smooth store functioning.
- Support stock checking,product arrangement and other store activities when required.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts,including weekends and holidays.
