About the Role

Speedioo is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Relationship Manager – Disposal to onboard dealers and build strong, long-term dealer relationships across the Pune region.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the local automobile market, and experience in dealer management, automobile sales, or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new dealers across the Pune region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Coordinate with dealers for vehicle disposal and inventory movement.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure smooth communication between dealers and internal teams.
- Drive dealer activation and achieve monthly business targets.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of dealer activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in dealer management, automobile sales, or a related field.
- Robust communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Pune automobile market and local dealer network is preferred.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Pune for dealer visits.

Job Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work Location: Pune
