Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 0-4 years old.
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
- Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess program effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (B.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 0-4 years of experience as a Preschool teacher or Daycare teacher.
- Robust knowledge of Montessori methodology or equivalent early childhood education approach.
- Proficiency in English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
