Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations for Bangalore stores/kitchens.
- Drive manpower planning, hiring and onboarding with the TA team.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition and employee retention.
- Handle employee grievances, counselling and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct regular store visits and employee connects.
- Drive employee engagement and Reward & Recognition initiatives.
- Support performance management, probation and confirmation processes.
- Ensure HR policies, Keka/HRMS and compliance processes are followed.
- Prepare and share manpower, attrition, attendance and HR reports.
- Partner with Operations Managers to resolve people-related challenges.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- 3–6 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in F&B;, QSR, Retail, Hospitality or high-volume operations preferred.
- Solid communication, employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore locations.
