Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for garment manufacturing unit, considering current trends and consumer preferences.

- Collaborate with merchandisers to create samples and prototypes based on design concepts.

- Create detailed drawings using CAD software (Corel Draw) for production purposes.

- Ensure timely delivery of design files to production team for efficient manufacturing processes.

- Maintain a strong understanding of fabrics, colors, textures, and fit requirements for various product lines.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in apparel designing or related field.

- Strong knowledge of Corel Draw software for creating technical drawings.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing or relevant discipline; B.Tech in Computers preferred.
