Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations

- Manage end-to-end day-to-day dark store operations.
- Ensure smooth order picking, packing, staging and dispatch processes.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled within defined SLA/TAT.
- Monitor store productivity and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure the store is operationally ready during peak hours and sale periods.

1. People Management

- Lead, coach and manage store employees and operations/delivery support teams.
- Plan manpower deployment based on business volume.
- Monitor attendance, productivity and adherence to shift schedules.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate business priorities.
- Build a performance-oriented and customer-focused team culture.
- Identify training needs and improve team capability.

1. Inventory Management

- Ensure accurate inwarding, put-away, picking and inventory movement.
- Monitor stock availability and minimize stock-outs.




- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Control damages, expiries, shrinkage and inventory losses.
- Ensure proper storage and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.

1. Customer Experience

- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Monitor customer complaints, cancellations, substitutions and order accuracy.
- Analyse customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Drive improvements in customer experience and service levels.

1. Business & Productivity

Track and improve key store KPIs, including:
- Order Fulfilment
- Pick/Pack Productivity
- Order Accuracy
- SLA Adherence
- Inventory Accuracy
- Shrinkage & Losses
- Stock Availability
- Manpower Productivity
- Customer Complaints

Candidate Profile
- Experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / E-commerce / Retail Operations preferred.
- Strong experience in store operations and people management.
- Good understanding of inventory management and operational KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including peak business periods.
