Role & responsibilities

- Visit prospective students and parents at their homes, schools, coaching centres and local areas.

- Explain Shree Gitam PU College courses, facilities, academic programs and admission process.

- Generate admission enquiries through field visits, references and local promotional activities.

- Counsel students and parents and guide them toward suitable course options.

- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents until the admission process is completed.

- Participate in admission campaigns, educational events, school visits and promotional activities.

- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and admission status.

- Coordinate with the admission counsellor and college management for lead conversion.

- Achieve assigned admission and lead-generation targets.

- Build positive relationships with students, parents, schools and local communities.

- Represent the college professionally during all field activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates currently residing in Karnataka are preferred.

- Must be comfortable with regular field visits in Davanagere and nearby areas.





- Kannada communication is mandatory; English communication is an added advantage.

- Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.

- Confident in interacting directly with students and parents.

- Should be self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

- Freshers with solid communication and willingness to work in the field can also apply.

- Any Graduate can apply; BCA / MCA / MBA preferred.

- Experience: 04 years.
