Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

- Plan and execute production schedules to meet quality standards and deadlines.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor production processes and provide feedback for improvement.

- Collaborate with design team to develop recent products and modify existing designs as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in apparel merchandising or a related field (garment manufacturing).

- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, embellishments, wash treatments, etc.

- Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination and negotiation.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
