Job Summary

We are hiring confident and customer-focused Voice Process Executives for an international process. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Communicate effectively with international customers.
- Provide accurate information and a positive customer experience.
- Follow company processes and maintain quality standards.
- Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

Requirements
- 12th pass / High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good computer skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred, but freshers can apply.




- Comfortable working in a pure night shift.
- Must be currently based in Ahmedabad/local area.
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
- No virtual interviews.
