Role Summary

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our Communication Design team - someone who can turn ideas, data, and brand guidelines into visuals that are clear, consistent, and genuinely engaging. Youll work across formats: social media creatives, presentation decks, print collateral, and infographics that make impact data accessible to government, NGO, CSR, and school audiences. Youll work closely with several teams, executing at high volume without losing sight of craft and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

- Creative Design and Layout: Design social media creatives, static posts, and story formats aligned with iDreams visual identity; lay out presentations, one-pagers, and print collateral using established brand guidelines; and create infographics and data visualisation assets that make impact data accessible and engaging.
- AI Workflow and Library Management: Use AI design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to explore visual directions and accelerate execution, and maintain an organised library of design files and exported assets for team use.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 1-3 years in graphic/visual design, ideally with exposure to social, presentation, and print formats.
- Portfolio:



A portfolio demonstrating range across social creatives, presentation layouts, and infographics/data visualisation.
- Tool Proficiency: Robust, hands-on proficiency in Figma. Working familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly).
- AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar) as part of the regular design process, not just for experimentation.
- Sector Context: Exposure to EdTech, the Development sector, or mission-driven B2B/B2G environments is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Execution: Able to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround design requests without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.
