At Reflect Branding, we’re looking for a Senior Communication Designer / Visual Design Lead to join our Ahmedabad team.

Someone who doesn’t just wait for a brief to design — but can visualise an idea, understand communication and turn thoughts into powerful visual stories.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in Art / Design / Visual Communication

• Has solid experience in branding, campaigns and communication design (Atleast 6 to 7 Years)

- Can conceptualise before opening the software
- Is comfortable with relevant design tools and new-age AI tools
- Has a strong eye for typography, layouts, colours and visual language
- Can explore references,



trends and recent styles — without blindly following them
- Can guide and inspire a team of designers

• Can work closely with strategists, writers and brand managers to take an idea from thought → concept → execution

This is a senior role , so we’re looking for someone who brings maturity in design thinking along with execution skills.
