- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Handle client queries and provide professional guidance.
- Maintain accurate client records and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
- Previous immigration/visa counseling experience preferred.
- Robust convincing and client-handling skills.
