Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients through visa and immigration processes. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ requirements, recommending suitable visa options, explaining eligibility criteria and documentation, and assisting clients throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding suitable visa and immigration options based on their profile and requirements.
- Explain visa eligibility criteria, application procedures, processing timelines, fees, and documentation requirements.
- Assess clients’ educational, professional, financial, and travel profiles.
- Prepare and verify visa application documents and supporting paperwork.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of client applications and follow up on pending documents.
- Keep clients updated regarding application status, appointments, and additional requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and relevant authorities when required.
- Identify potential documentation issues and advise clients on appropriate corrections.
- Follow company procedures and applicable immigration/visa regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.
- Achieve assigned counseling, conversion,



and application-processing targets.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.

Requirements
- 12th degree in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in visa counseling, immigration, travel, or education consultancy is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and counseling abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client applications.

Salary Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and skills, plus incentives/commission as applicable.
