The Role
We're looking for a Cinematographer & Video Editor with a sharp creative eye and a passion for visual storytelling. This isn't just about shooting and editing — we want someone who thinks in frames, feels the light, and knows how to make a haircut or a skincare treatment look cinematic. If you can bring soul to a 30-second Reel or drama to a behind-the-scenes clip, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute cinematic shoots across our salon branches — transformations, service highlights, team features, and brand campaigns
- Direct on-location shoots with an eye for lighting, composition, and mood
- Edit footage into compelling, platform-ready content — Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, and more
- Apply color grading, transitions, music sync, and visual effects that align with our brand aesthetic
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and campaign execution
- Manage and organize footage, project files, and content libraries
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cinematography and video editing
- A solid, creative portfolio — this matters more than years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of camera work — angles, lighting, movement, and composition
- Ability to work with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting setups
- A natural instinct for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
- Experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or similar industries is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with gimbals, drones, or cinematic rigs
- Motion graphics or After Effects skills
- Familiarity with social media content trends
