Videographer & Video Editor – Full Time

Dot Badges is looking for a full-time Videographer + Video Editor to create engaging short-form and long-form content for our brand.

What you'll do

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos
- Create product, founder-led, BTS and brand content
- Handle basic lighting, audio, framing and camera setup
- Add captions, music, transitions and graphics
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content
- Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles

We're looking for someone who
- Has strong shooting and editing skills
- Understands what makes short-form content engaging
- Can independently take content from idea to final edit
- Is comfortable using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Has a strong creative eye and sense of storytelling

Experience is less important than the quality of your portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.
