About the RoleWe’re looking for a Videographer to join our in-house creative team at Sproute Digital Solutions LLP. You’ll be responsible for shooting content for our clients across social media, marketing campaigns, product shoots, brand shoots and other creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality Reels, short-form videos, product videos and brand content.
- Handle both mobile and professional camera setups confidently.
- Plan shots, angles, framing, lighting and basic compositions.
- Conduct in-house and client-location shoots when required.
- Work closely with the video editing, design and social media teams.
- Understand briefs and translate creative concepts into engaging visuals.
- Ensure proper footage, audio and lighting during shoots.
- Stay updated with current Instagram/Reels trends, shooting styles and formats.




- Organize and manage raw footage properly.
- Assist with basic setup, lighting and equipment handling.

What We’re Looking For

- Positive understanding of videography and camera fundamentals.
- Comfortable shooting with both smartphones and cameras.
- Good eye for framing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of lighting and audio.
- Understanding of social media content, especially Instagram Reels.
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio/showreel is preferred.
