Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer/Video Editor role based in Pune. The role involves planning and executing video shoots for healthcare-focused campaigns, including pre-production tasks such as concept development, storyboarding, and coordinating with internal teams. On a day-to-day basis, the Videographer/Video Editor will handle camera operation, lighting setup, and high-quality video shooting for marketing, educational, and brand content.

The role also includes video editing, basic motion graphics, sound design, and preparing final deliverables optimized for various digital platforms.



The person in this role will collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and content teams to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, Shooting Video, and end-to-end management of video projects.
- Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Camera Operation and Camera handling across different formats and environments.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Lighting, including setting up and adjusting lighting for studio and on-location shoots.
- Proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of composition, framing, and sound design are preferred.
- Experience creating video content for digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns, ideally within healthcare or related industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, manage deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced production schedules.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is desirable.
