Role Description:

We’re looking for a Videographer to join Overflow and work across Reels, podcasts, interviews, outings, and other video content.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to get good footage and not just someone who knows how to operate a camera. You should have a good eye for framing, lighting, composition and movement, and be comfortable working with people on camera.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai. Most work will be remote, with in-person shoots, meetings,



outings and other work when required.

The first 2 months will be a probation period at ₹14,000/month. After the probation period, your salary will be revised based on performance and fit.

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of professional videography experience
- Experience shooting Reels, podcasts, interviews and social media content
- Comfortable setting up cameras, lighting and audio for podcasts and other video shoots
- Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, composition and lighting
- Good understanding of video and audio capture
- Access to a valuable-quality camera and basic equipment suitable for professional content
- Able to work independently and handle shoots with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working with people and making them feel natural on camera
- Able to take creative direction and feedback
- Based in Chennai
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating your work
