Video Editor and Content Creator (Social Media + Paid Ads)

We make baby products and babywear that 30,000+ parents already use. We manufacture in Kochi, we sell on our own store and on Amazon, and almost everything we sell is driven by video.

We are looking for someone who can shoot it, cut it, and make it convert. Not a fresher who only knows transitions and trending audio. Someone who understands that a reel and an ad are two different jobs.

What you will do

- Plan and run video shoots with models, parents and babies
- Set up lighting, camera, audio and styling for each shoot
- Direct models on set, including first-time-on-camera parents who need explicit, calm guidance
- Build shot lists and storyboards before the shoot so we are not improvising on the day
- Edit everything you shoot into reels, ad creatives and product videos
- Cut multiple variations of a winning video so we can test different hooks and openings
- Sit with the founder on what is working in ads and plan the next shoot based on actual numbers

What we are looking for

- 2+ years shooting and editing video, ideally for a product or ecommerce brand
- You own the shoot. Camera, lighting, framing, audio, all of it




- Strong command of Premiere Pro or Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects for basic motion graphics
- A portfolio that shows both shooting and editing, not just cuts of footage someone else gave you
- Good sense of pacing, sound design and where the hook needs to land in the first two seconds
- Comfortable shooting with babies and parents on set, with patience for how unpredictable that is

Nice to have

- Experience shooting for Meta ads specifically, and knowing what a hook rate or hold rate means
- Product and studio lighting experience
- Graphic design
- Colour grading and product retouching
- Hands-on with AI video and image tools
